Online payments (Eduspot)
Birch Hill Primary School has an online payment system called Eduspot linked to Teachers2Parents, our home-school communication package.
The online payment system is used to collect money for school trips, residential trips, swimming in Year 5, school dinners, payments for nursery, school play tickets and our annual stationery donation. Currently, we are unable to accept cash payments in school and ask that you pay online.
To access the school payment system, click here. Click 'Sign in' and then choose 'School Money parent login'. Children who do not pay for their meals also use this system to book their meals choices.
Below is the Parents User Guide.
To login, you need to enter your mobile number, email address, child's first name and your password. Passwords should be 8 characters and include a capital and a number.
If you have forgotten your password, please contact the school to ask for a password reset.
When trips are uploaded, you will receive a text notifying you that payment is available.
This system is also used for paying for school lunches. For more information see our 'School Lunches' page
