At Birch Hill we all follow our Golden Rules;

Every week we share one Golden Rule in our Whole School assembly and this our focus for the week.

Our behaviour system is based on 4-parts - where you can go up and down. 

• Ready to Learn
• Time to make a Choice
• Time to make a Change
• Time to Reflect 

We also have a celebratory reward.  If you achieve Triple Star - you're invited to the half-termly Tea Party!   

At the beginning of the year each class will create a class charter using the Golden Rules.
