Introducing MyChildAtSchool

We are pleased to be launching MyChildAtSchool (MCAS), a secure online platform that will provide parents and carers with easy access to key information and services relating to their child’s education.

Through the MCAS App, you will be able to give consent and make payments for school trips, view attendance information, pay for school dinners, and check that your contact details are up to date.

Over the coming weeks, parents and carers will receive an activation email with instructions on how to set up their account. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for this email. We encourage everyone to activate their account as soon as possible to ensure they can access these important services.

Please note that from September 2026, any payments for school will be made via the new MCAS app. This will replace the use of School Money, and any existing balance will be transferred over to your MCAS account. Access to School Money will cease from 31 July 2026. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
